Magna Systems International (MAGNA) provides benefits and
salary competitive within our industry. Periodically we
conduct surveys to maintain our current and competitive
posture. The following is a summary of benefits available
to regular full-time employees of MAGNA.
Competitive Salary:
The amount of money you will earn at MAGNA is determined
by the nature and quality of your work as determined in
the subjective judgment of management and not by the number
of years you have been in your job. Your work performance
will be observed daily and will be reviewed with you periodically.
Pay increases, based on the productivity of your work, will
be considered at regular intervals in the sole discretion
of management.
Medical Insurance:
All regular, full-time employees are eligible for medical
insurance after 90 days and begin after the probationary
period. Insurance premiums are paid by Company to employees
at 80% and their dependents are at 50%.
Life Insurance Plan:
Magna provides life insurance for employees at no cost.
Additional life insurance can be purchased at additional
cost.
Paid Holidays:
Magna offers 6 holidays, which will be paid to all regular
full-time employees after six months of employment and they
are: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
Note: If a Holiday occurs within the probationary period,
employees who are under probationary period are not eligible
for Holiday pay.
Employees who are at other client
sites will observe the holidays taken by their client up
to a maximum of 6 days per year based on MAGNA’s 40
hour work week.
Direct Deposit of Payroll:
Magna can automatically deposit your payroll checks into
your account as a convenience by request.
Regular Salary reviews:
Magna checks about your performance regularly with client
and pass on the benefit to employees for their outstanding
work.
Referral Program:

Consultant Referral Program
In order to be competitive and efficient we're always looking for new and
qualified computer professionals. In the process you can earn $$$(depending
on skills) by helping us with our search in three easy ways:
- Provide MSI a referral
- MSI verifies referral has not already joined our team
- You become eligible for a bonus
When your referral is hired and completes over 300 hours you will receive
your bonus. If the candidate is overseas, you will earn a $$$ bonus after
the consultant is assigned to the project and has worked 300 hours.
Project Referral Program
When you provide information on new projects for direct end clients or third
party consulting companies, an account manager will follow up immediately.
Should a project or consulting assignment be awarded within 30 days of your
referral, you will earn a bonus according to the project.
